The Role

You will have the knowledge and expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxation and personal taxation in order to provide local and international clients with tailored advice. Your objective is to help our clients optimize their tax positions.
• General Tax advice;
• Tax review;
• Corporate Tax Compliance;
• Assistance with Tax authorities;
• Liaising with clients, authorities and auditors;
• Transfer Pricing;
• Mergers & Acquisitions;
• International Tax Planning and Structuring


  • University degree in finance/accounting;;
  • Over 5 years’ experience in taxation.
  • Experience in consulting company- advantage;
  • Excellent command of Romanian and English both speaking and writing;
  • Very good interpersonal and team playing skills;
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion to find solutions to clients’ needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Previous exposure to business environment will be appreciated;
  • Membership in CFF would be a plus;
  • Well organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities;
  • Very good analytical skills and business awareness;
  • Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Client oriented;
  • Deadlines oriented.
